2010 Short Break Rates:

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday night £300
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night £250

Whole Week Rate - Friday to Friday £550

Note: We are open for limited availabilty, not more than 100 days each year..

A 50% deposit is payable on booking with the remainder due four weeks before arrival.

Our prices are the same throughout the year. We do not charge a premium for school and public holidays.

Check-in time is normally 4.30pm and check-out 10.30am

When you arrive you will be asked to sign the following in order to receive the keys:

By accepting the keys to Purley Cottage I agree to the following:

1. The cottage will not be occupied by any more people than specified at the time of booking.

2. To return the keys by ________ on _______________

3. To leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.

The surfaces, fridge, cooker, microwave and sink to be wiped clean. All washing-up to be done. The dishwasher may be left running when you leave.

4. Please take bed linen off the bed when you leave and leave it in the bathtub with your used towels.

5. I am responsible for paying for any breakages or damage to the property (excluding normal wear and tear). I understand that if I do not do so legal action may be taken and I may also have to pay legal costs.

6. To be respectful to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
